That account has a GAME ban which has nothing to do with VAC.

Games in cs2 can be issued for a number of things not just cheating.

Vac system works as intended. Look at forums. Your other account doesn't have a false ban but a correct ban, Gamebans for cs2 can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. If you gone and read the threads in vac forum then you will see people making use of all kinds of excuses like the one you using. Keep in mind valve have all the info on their side. Also this is a community only forum. And vac system gets updated constantly

I get your point, man. When I got VAC banned, at first I was just confused. Then I waited 7 days thinking they might remove the ban since it could be a false positive, but nothing happened. So I started reading and learned how VAC works — and yes, it can fail. My ban was actually from Overwatch, meaning a lot of people reported me, I got reviewed in Overwatch, and the verdict was 'he's cheating.' Then it went to Valve staff. I also used to believe false positives were a myth, but when it happened to me, I just gave up on my account. If they were going to unban me, they would have already — but that’s life. It’s tough being good sometimes, LOL.

if it was a VACBan then you might have some kind of luck that it might be removed, even then there would have been a very small chance seeing vacbans are for cheating only, that is if it was incorrect, but you have a gameban, which is permanent. See link below with information. The information they gave is generic answer, even i know gamebans for CS2 can be given for one of a few things and they will not tell you precisely what caused the ban

"I read that like three times, man, and yeah, I know there are other reasons you can get a game ban. But (even though I already know they mention it was due to Overwatch), the one that fits the most out of all of them is cheating — even though I’ve never used cheats. But anyway, thanks for taking the time to try and explain it to me.
