Russians stole my steam wallet
Someone logged into my account from Russia and bought an item from the marketplace for $215. An item from the Dota 2 game whose real value is 6 cents. Steam Guard never warned me that someone logged into my account from Russia. Also, doesn't Steam Guard require approval for such a purchase? Can I get my money back?

there`s no way to get your money back
There is no way you can get that money back.

And this was probably a API scam so don't log into every site with your Steam Account.

Your account is compromised.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. If you don't have a malware scanner use https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

All purchases are final – you will not have any right to a refund or a reversal of any Community Market transaction once it is completed.

Thanks. I changed the passwords and formatted the computer. But I still don't understand how they accessed the SteamGuard that was only saved on my phone. I don't think I can get the money back, but I'll try anyway. I will never make any purchases from Steam from now on.
steam support does not return stolen or scammed money/items. you have to figure out how you gave away the account log in.

you are responsible for the security of your account and what is on the computer(s) your account uses.

Yes, Steam is completely pro-thief. Also, since I wasn't scammed through the exchange system, the thief won't receive any punishment. I won't spend a single penny on this despicable system.

Brother STEAM IS NOT THE ISSUE

STOP clicking on unknown links or download dogwater files that are malware/trojans

maybe you won't get scammed for 200 dollars or lose another account.

Steam is NOT responsible if you open links/files outside of the actual platform
ok cool
Bro the same thing happened to me, i Only logged in on really safe websites i genuinely dont remember logging in on a fake website. the strange thing is after they made the purchase at 6 am the money was deducted from my account at 2 pm, i only lost 8 bucks but ill secure my account again.

All third party skin trading/gambling sites are scams.
