IF YOU ARE USING APP ON PC ITS VERY LIKELY YOU ARE ALLREADY LOGGED IN ON STEAM ON OPENING THE SHORTCUT ON DESKTOP BUT DO THAT IF YOU ARE NOT. THEN **GOTO HELP TAB ** TOP OF SCREEN THEN **COMMUNITY** OPTION OF OPTIONS DISPLAYED IN DROPDOWN THEN THE OBVIOUS BOTTOM OPTION OF CONTACT STEAM OR ITS ANOTHER ISSUE. You can then send steam a message and a ticket is opened. This thread is as much for me to search and find in future as it is for others, I did a search before realising I should post this.
