bought a game but says my payment is on hold
got it with my cash app but it took my money and didnt give me the game??

check the transaction, is it COMPLETE, PENDING, or Failed?

when buying online, the payment provider puts a HOLD on the funds. if the purchase fails, the funds get freed up after a few days to a week depending on the payment providers policy.
