steam took my money
they took my money baught a dlc pack for fishing planet and never recieved it worst customer service ive ever had sent a support request and they ddidnt get back to me for 2 days
steam is the worst platform to buy games

1.If you bought it, it should be under Account details\ Product list
2.There is some other underlying issue, did you buy the base game?

  1. Are you on the correct account?
  2. Do you own the base game?
  3. Check your purchase history. Is your purchase pending or failed?
  4. Check your support ticket. Is your ticket still open?
