PayPal being shut out
I'm a 60-year-old man who has been with Steam for more than Twelve years. I don't give a crap about what issues you may be having, but PayPal is my PRIMARY source for payment. Forcing me to use a credit card just to buy something I am more than entitled to buy is BS. Please get this resolved soon. I DO NOT like using credit cards. I want to use the money I have in PayPal, as I have done for almost the entire time I've been a Steam user.
Please do not take these words as aggressive or whatever sort of term you might apply to them. They are spoken out of simple truth. I WANT TO USE PAYPAL. GET IT FIXED, please, please

You will need to speak to paypal, they are the ones blocking steam in certain regions.
