I’ve been trying to create a Rockstar Games account but I keep getting this error:

I already tried everything:

Changed country/region

Used different browsers

Turned off VPN

Tried different emails

Tried on mobile and PC

Cleared cookies and cache

But the problem is still there.
Please help me resolve this so I can register successfully.
