Overall your profile page is simple but with a higher steam level you can add more showcases.
You're at level 60+ so you should be able to place 6 showcases. One more level and you can place 7 of them.

Its a 7 for cleanliness and not much else. Nothing really explains your thought processes, likes and dislikes, etc. If I saw that I'd instantly know IF I wanted to friend you or not.
