help! new to this, need to link PS5 with PC

we have the game on PC and PS5, I have created a fragnet server but it looks like we have to link the accounts between steam and PS5. does anyone know how to do that?
when we find the server on either console we cannot hit start as its grayed out. frustrating

I think u cant link a ps account with steam.
