what to do when locked out

I have been unable to get into terraforming mars all day (this is the second time in three days this has been true). when i click on Online nothing happens). Do games expire and you have to repurchase them.

A really fun game but unfortunately the option to play online games or even access your profile doesn't seem to work, so you can only play local or solo games....
