Report a translation problem
It's too bad you got scammed. But you have to be the one to report it. Because guess what: I didn't get scammed, and no one else reading this has gotten scammed by them. So you could be lying about it, and we can't know that.
REMOVE THE LINK. LEARN FROM IT.
Naming and shaming isn't allowed because normal users cannot cross-link, meaning anybody could frame someone as a scammer using fabricated proof, and rake in the mass reports against the victim, clogging the whole system.
If you reported him with all the proof you have, then, you did all you can do.
