the specialist HL1 mod

hey i was wondering if its still possible to play the specialist mod on steam. it was a half life 1 mod. Id really like to see it back on here, id pay money. I remeber playing ROLE playing servers and they were really cool. Id like to see if someone would reserect this game. It was full of bullet time online action with guns and every single gun you could customize. It was awesome Deathmatching and aswell as role play. One of my favorits. Wondering if anyone thinks it would ever return (Still being a HL1Mod)

Alot of HalfLife 1 Mods were golden imo. They all should be on here still, why not? because i can see people paying 10$ each for these modifcations, they are part of the Half-Life legacy and defently are still playable and very entertaining. The specialist being one of my favorats.

When i click the View Group link it doesnt let me open it? Promps me to search for a program to open it. Also "9" members... kinda disapointing.

Yeah, that would be cool.
I loved half-life mods too back in the day (HL:Rally was one my favourites)

Yeah i joined the chat and its only in russian i asked for the download and install instructions, they didnt reply, or did in russian.

This game needs to be revived, other clones don't even come close and it's a damn half life one game...

So you do it. Download Half-Life, set up the mod. Set up some servers so everyone who loves the game as much as you do can play it.

You're not willing to? Your interest only goes so far as it would be nice if someone did everything else for you? Maybe that's how everyone feels? Which is really just another way to say, "We don't REALLY want to play it, we just want to remember the good 'ol days."
