Steam games download
since few days, (i havent changed anything)
downloads for steam games are super slow (100-200kbps, up to max of 2mbps)
usually i have 45-50mbps
i checked , blizzard works fine, browser downloading works fine
nothing is broken, but steam
any suggestions?
I cleared cashe and tried everything i could trough steam, even changed download region

Let's rule out background crapware. Start your system in safe mode (for obvious reasons with networking) and report results.

For some unknown reasons, 5minutes after i posted steam downloads came back to maximum capacity again.
And it didnt work for 3 whole days.

Mine have been hovering at around 4-5 MB a second...

Probably bad weather or servers, most likely bad weather though.
