Games where I can play as a healer?

Hi! I REALLY like playing healer in games. Any and all games I found that have healing classes, I immediately and almost exclusively play the healer class. Currently playing on a WoW server as a healer. I main medic in TF2 and for my 3800 hours on ESO I've played Templar there. Mained healer in a bunch of old and now defunct anime mmorpg's back in the day. I've tried Dragons Dogma but didn't really like it, gonna give it another try soon (despite the performance problems, is the second one any better?). I just bought Enshrouded to try out soon too.

Just wondering if anyone has any game suggestions, single or multiplayer, that has a healer class or healer-type class?

Preferably games available on Steam but any f2p mmorpg (or if there is surprisingly another genre) outside of Steam is okay too.

The Finals has a medium class where their abilities are geared towards support (heal beam and defibrillator). Might need to grind a little bit to unlock those items though. It is quite a fast paced game.

Overwatch 2, as infamous as it is now, has a ton of support classes. Much more palatable for those that require more long term strategy.

I played Overwatch 1 ages ago and loved playing Mercy. Was/am hesistant about 2 but I'm willing to try it and also The Finals. thanks!

Killing Floor 2 is an easy recommendation. It's a really good game and, case in point, the medic is the most important part of any team.

I'm dead serious, a good medic there is a strong force multiplier.

Warframe has a good few healing/support Warframes (basically the characters)
Trinity for example has an ability where you instantly fully heal you and your teams health and shields while also giving damage reduction meaning you take less damage. Wisp can deploy mote buffs which heal you and follow you around ect.

Interesting. I didn't know KF2 had roles like that, thanks! Definitely gonna give it a shot.

I've tried Warframe a while ago. Wasn't my cup of tea sadly. But thank you for letting me know it DOES have support frames. I honestly didn't know! If i ever give it another shot, definitely trying out one of them.

Well nearly every MMORPG has healers but I'm sure you've looked at most of those.
Guild Wars 2 has some pretty good healing/support in it. Old games such as DAoC have healers in them too.

Surprisingly, many MMORPG's don't have that "holy trinity" system. Guild Wars 2 for example, I know has healing and support but you're expected to DPS as well.

Also thanks for the suggestions. A healer CAR?! that's pretty sick. Also, any fps with a healer/medic role sounds awesome

First two I have wishlisted from the little research I did last night. Grim Dawn has a healer class? I didn't think diablo or it's clones had one!
