SCAM ON SCAM

Everyone knows the rules for refunding money for purchases in STEAM.
But few people read them carefully.
There is such a magic clause.
"For example, if you purchase a game in early access or with extended access, all time in the game will be counted towards the two-hour refund limit"

So I'm trying to get my money back for a garbage and scam called PAX DEI (it is in early access).
And they refuse me (
Referring to the refund rules, that I played more, but the refund rules of Steam itself say that I can request a refund.
How can I get through to support that they are wrong and are violating their own refund conditions???

Early Access games are threated the same as normal games, where you can have up to 2 hours of gameplay.

The exception is "early access" as in dev let's you play the game just before release (some devs do that). Your purchase is not applicable here though.

I am not suggesting manual ticket, because you already got 80 hours in the game and I doubt they would give you the refund either way.

TLDR: Support correctly denied you a refund.

Seems you are misreading the policy. The 2 hours play limit still applies to early access games. You have 80hrs in Pax Dei.

REFUNDS ON TITLES PURCHASED PRIOR TO RELEASE DATE
When you purchase a title on Steam prior to the release date, the two-hour playtime limit for refunds will apply (except for beta testing), but the 14-day period for refunds will not start until the release date. For example, if you purchase a game that is in Early Access or Advanced Access, any playtime will count against the two-hour refund limit. If you pre-purchase a title which is not playable prior to the release date, you can request a refund at any time prior to release of that title, and the standard 14-day/two-hour refund period will apply starting on the game’s release date.
