market ban?
Notification pops up saying "for the protection of the account holder this purchase has been declined. further purchasing will be temporarily limited. please contact steam support.
But i cant contact steam support and i dont know what to do

Holy sweet god, thats a long list of scamsites in your username history.

Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but... maybe?

Either way, stop using 3rd party sites.
Is the account really yours?
Is the payment method really yours?

Because from the sound of it, the system stopped it because it has reason to believe you are not the account owner.
secure the account, then contact steam support

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

if you want to contact steam support first, check on your ticket to make sure it stays open. if it gets closed with no response, the account is compromised and you will need to secure it first to make a support ticket

The account is secure the payment method is mine the account is mine but spent alot of money pretty quickly over the course of a month or 2, how do I make a ticket steam is trying so hard to not let me actually figure out how to talk to someone

the account is mine the card is mine the account is secure i don't understand why you'd comment if you had no useful information and why would i even ask if i knew what i was doing wrong
