Phishing - trade
I just received a message from this guy named [unsigned] telling me to add his friend for a trade. The page is identical to the steam community page, but i realised that was fake because of the URL "cUmmunity".

Where can I report this?

Just report the guy through his profile. You can send Steam support a message about it but it will likely not result in any action taken as this is a really common scam.
