It depends on demand, some game items will sell much quicker than others, I sold items earlier today, they were gone in seconds, others take much longer and eventually if they don't sell will be added back to my inventory, I have to relist them if that happens.

Don't they have a "Buy" and "Sell" side? why don't you try selling your items for what the people are asking for (In the Sell side) you'd have no problems selling your stuff instantly that way.

I would always sell stuff for way less than what others are asking for and my items would sell instantly. You must not be selling these things as "low" as you think you are.
