The highest priced game on Steam that I could find.
$4500 AUD
And shows $10 USD for me.
Regional price gouging?
Not sure what's up with that, at all.

Yup. I even checked the discussion boards for it. Several (old) threads asking why the price was so high at the time (was like A$150) just had the dev respond with keys instead of an answer...
Kinda funny.
Devs/Publishers decide prices, not Steam. Steam just gets a 30% cut of whatever gets sold, so I don't think Steam cares what price things are being sold at, bar a minimum price.
Shows as $9.99 USD for me.
Possibly trying to sell games on other sites so Valve doesn't get any money.
This fact, combined with the vastly different pricing between regions, looks like a money mule scheme to me.
