My sell listing is on hold, but i did Steam Guard also. How can i sell without waiting several days? At first it was 7 days, but i removed and changed the price, and now it is 15 days.

Perhaps because a scammer told him do disable it...

Scammer tactic to get the victim to lower their security so they can compromize the acccount...
