Any good MMORPGs?
I've been looking for an mmo that I can sink into and immerse into. I've been replaying Breath of the Wild and having moments of relaxing exploration and times of intense combat was something I wanted to experience in an MMORPG where I can create my own character as well.

I've been out of the MMO scene for quite awhile, so I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. Hopefully the 'perfect' mmorpg includes the following:

-Medieval/Fantasy
-Action Combat
-Resource Collecting
-A "Slice of Life" kind of feel if that makes sense
-Character Creator

Check out Mortal Online 2, it fits all those categories and is by far the best game I've ever played. Message me, chefpasquali on discord if you want more info.

  • Not medieval fantasy.
  • It's a single-player game that pretends to be an MMO for the sake of the story, but plays like an action RPG.
  • Has crafting, collecting, and gathering for gear and weapons.
  • Story-wise, the characters you become friends join you on various occasions and leave your party to do their own real life activities.
  • No character creator.

A "grind" that you enjoy ceases to be a grind and becomes fun. I love the aspects of many games that people call a grind, so do a lot of other people otherwise WOW would not have been such a massive success.
