Funny story, the exact same thing happened to me five months ago! Except in my case, it was a warning.

It is why report against offender will do nothing. Valve moderator are the most ignorant there is.

IT is quite difficult to get banned for report abuse.
Like, YOU HAVE TO DO IT A LOT.
A lot more than just a few times.

So, uh, no, I Don't believe that happened for even one second.

People are dumb when they are born and then they try to defend themselves with whatever they can, be it achievements, trophies, or knicknacks. The value of these things is superficial.
