Why can't I change language of my guide ?
It keeps saying " English " despite me having choosen GERMAN numerous times, then saved and continued.

Any solutions ?

Write the first sentence of your guide indicating that the guide is in German.
Then write your guide how you want.
I'm certain Valve will fix the language chooser eventually.

I did.

But it does not work for some odd reason.

Does everyone have this problem ?

Thats odd. When I go into the general information tab, it always is on English.
