ReBuy game plus download errors

Hello Everyone, because this game seven days to die is already in my library. I cannot rebuy this game plus here is problems that I’m having with games content service unavailable and or corrupted download ?

That's correct; there are ways to get multiple licenses for the same game, but these are not intentional, just side effects. Steam doesn't let you buy a game multiple times (and while I haven't tried it, I assume that having multiple licenses for a game on your account is not even acknowledged by the family system).

As an example:

[***] command> show-license 212480 You have 3 licenses related to 212480 ("Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection"): package 18947 ("Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection") (BillOnceOnly) purchased 2013-07-07 12:44:10 (CreditCard) ... Game 212480 ("Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection") package 39880 ("Sega - Humble Bundle (2 DE)") (BillOnceOrCDKey) purchased 2014-03-13 22:23:23 (ActivationCode) ... Game 212480 ("Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection") ...

As you can see, I have two licenses for this on my account, since I first bought the game itself, and later got a bundle including the same game.
