Did you buy the game more than 14 days ago?
I bought it today only.
I mentioned that in the post already. It says abuse.
I bought it today. How i bought it accidentally is mentioned in the post already.
Because thats permanent. Does not matter if you did not refund anything for multiple years afterwards, once your refund rights have been terminated for your account thats it.
If thats not the case your only option is to contact Steam Support and ask whats up.
I'll just wait for a real person to answer I guess. Thanks for the help
Refund requests are dealt with by the automated system. If you want to talk to a real person, you'll have to contact support directly.
I used the help request. Let's see.
I raised the "I have a question about this purchase" ticket. Hopefully it works.
Also
If you're wondering about the 'abuse' part, Steam definitely sees something you're not conveniently telling us.
People are eligible to refund because consumer laws exist. Even physical products can be returned. Since I haven't played the game and 2 weeks hasn't passed, I'm still eligible.
