Help with steam deck purchase...
Yesterday i ordered a steam deck oled, today i wanted a refund for a game but i accidentally chose the deck to be canceled, now i have no clue if it is canceled or not... does anyone here know how i can get in direct contact with steam ? because they are not replying to my support tickets... very annoying since im waiting all day for a response. :steamfacepalm:

I dont mind it being cancelled cause i can order another one, but it isnt cancelled on my creditcard, nor do i have the steam balance back yet so i will have to wait it out i guess... kinda sucks :steamsad:

To me it's kinda weird they dont have an actual live chat you can contact or phone number...

Where is my refund? My refund was approved, but it’s been more than 7 days.

Approved refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. Approved Wallet credit may take 24-48 hours to appear in your Steam Wallet. Please Note: Refunds to international payment methods may take longer. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.

When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled. In many cases it takes up to 30 days for your bank to confirm that Steam never received the funds in the first place. Once confirmed, your bank will release the hold and remove the charge from your bank statement. Please Note: When a transaction is cancelled, you will not see a credit on your account.

i just checked the status and all the little dots are now filled and ''Shipped: tracking number'' is also checked (No real tracking number showing though) so im confused :steamhappy:
