i want to use a credit card thats not in my country
hello im currently in iraq my uncle lives in the UAE he lets me use his credit card to buy games , but when i put the info of the card on steam it didnt let me i figured its because the country is set to iraq for my steam account but the card is set in the UAE

correct, bank and card must have billing address for the region you are in. as required in the SSA / TOS
