Every sale is the "worst". But making such threads nowadays won't net you much jesters anymore, the Steam audience has been learning.

Why would it matter whether a program hates you?

I buy most of my games on Fanatical/Humble. Don't see the problem.

I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ what Steam says or thinks. I really don't. Anything good on HB lately? I haven't used that in years.

I agree, it causes people who would have otherwise been unknown to everyone else desperately post topics regarding the sale. At least we have the ability to block that spam. Best of luck.

I remember about 10 years ago how big the sale discounts actually were and all the games you could get.

It's true that times have changed but if you want things to get better you need to use constructive criticism.

Tell what you don't enjoy about the sale and underline what you think would make everything better.

For example: I find the sticker rewards kind of empty as far as reward goes since you cannot trade or sell them. Back when you would get event cards to craft badges by completing the discovery queue there was some value to the rewards.

I'm very happy about how bad this sale is, saves me a lots of money and I have plenty of games that I still need to play. Haven't even spend $10.- til now.

We had 95% discounts then, we have 95% discounts now.

What's the issue?

Unfortunately the sales are not what they used to be. Greed and other economic forces are shifting game prices higher. We've seen hardware sales start increasing over time, I think we're not too far off from a place where many more games will have a higher "sale" floor.

All that to say there are still plenty of great indie's on good sales, but I've noticed a lot of games are .50 cents to a couple dollars higher than their historic low's.
