Ubisoft link ?

Hello gus , I wanted to play Assassin's Creed and I discovered that my Steam account is linked to a Ubisoft account whose email is temporary? Knowing that since I arrived on Steam I have never linked my Steam account to Ubisoft and now I realize that my account is linked to an account that I don't know exists and I don't know how to unlink it. I really want help to unlink it.

that would be on the ubisoft account side. not on steams end.

This is pretty confusing, but I anything you have in that ubisoft library is going to sit there regardless unless you link your steam again. Secure your ubisoft account

I know that, but I'm at a disadvantage because I won't be able to play any Ubisoft games. I own everything, but I still don't know how my Steam account got linked to a temporary Ubisoft account that I know nothing about. I've contacted Ubisoft and I hope they'll be understanding and help resolve this.

Ah, I understand what you mean now. It's linked to an empty Ubisoft account? Regardless, it seems you wish to transfer to an account with a fuller library separate from the other one thus two accounts, one unused. Then yes, support should be able to easily unlink it granted you provide them with all the ownership info. Just give them some time

exactly but since the Ubisoft account does not belong to me I am obliged to wait with the support I do not really have a choice.
