is that games launcher up to date?
did you set up and link an account from frontier to your steam account?
I was NEVER asked for a 25 digit code.
A friend of mine got it straight from Frontier's website, and he wasn't asked for a 25 digit code either.
You clearly did not buy it from Frontier or Steam.
They do not ask for any code.
When you buy it from either source, they clearly know you bought it and tie it to the account that bought it.
There is NO need for them to ask for any code.
since you just bought the game, you can also submit a refund request. this is going to make your "theft report" invalid and possible get YOU in trouble for filing a fake report since you have the option to do a refund.
I got the game thru Epic when they gave it away for free, and I dont remember it ever asking for any code. you start the game thru steam, select the option to log in your frontier account which should link them, and then enjoy the ride.
since you are having a lot of drama with getting the game to work, just submit a refund request and find something else to play. if the auto refund system causes you problems, simply select the purchase, then select "I have a question" and make your request there. dont fill the ticket with a bunch of meaningless dribble, just keep it simple and straight forward, unable to get the game to work and would like a refund.
