Steam keeps instantly closing my Tickets

Dear Steam Support Team,

The game was playable at purchase, but after the latest performance update, it is now unplayable, crashing repeatedly at launch and during cutscenes.

Capcom officially recognizes these issues on their Known Issues page and released multiple patches—including Title Update 2 (June 30), aimed at improving VRAM use and the game is still crashing afterwards

Despite ongoing patches, critical performance issues persist, evidenced by over 2,000 negative Steam reviews this past week alone citing crashes and stuttering

Steam continues to sell the game but refers all refund requests back to policy and suggests contacting developers—placing responsibility on end users, not the platform facilitating the sale.

I dont even want my money back i want to know why they sell games which dont run under dev's recommended specs
If your tickets are being automatically closed, your account may be compromised.

If you are simply being referred to the refund policy, then the developers are the only ones who can issue you a refund

So you're harrassing Support. That indeed is a reason for Support to just close tickets.

People often claim a game isn't playable when it in fact is.

If you're outside the 2 weeks/2 hours, you're not owed a refund. If you don't like that, you're free to go to a local consumer agency, of course.

So you are fine with it to buy a game if you cant play it anymore after few updates? that doesnt makes sense at all and i dont want you to be part of this.

You got your answer. Not liking it and spamming Support with repeated tickets won't change it.

Also MH Wilds has now 35.5k players in-game (according to Steamdb) so while it may be buggy, it is not broken for everyone.

it was on 135k player they already took off after 2 days cause of perf. issues and crashes and the rest of it didnt like the update at all. You cant defend devs who sell a game which doesnt even run anymore if you want to but i dont see any REASON to not defend yourself if you never gonna know how long a game is playable for you

You cannot get a refund in a game you have 42 hours in and works fine for everyone else.

Yes, just like it's ok that a physical product breaks after a while.

You don't have a satisfaction guarantee. There comes a point when the issue is simply one a person has to deal with, yeah.

Not liking an update does not mean that game is broken. Also as I already mentioned in previous post - there are 35.5 k players in-game, so claim that "game doesn't run anymore" is simply false.

Overall, you're outside refund limitations and Support told you that.
no refund bro, what else you want to hear

The game works and that's all that matters. It may suck and is poorly optimised but if it can launch and people are playing then there is no grounds for a refund especially at 42 hours long after buyers remorse has kicked in and the game has been competed to a degree.
