If you are simply being referred to the refund policy, then the developers are the only ones who can issue you a refund
People often claim a game isn't playable when it in fact is.
If you're outside the 2 weeks/2 hours, you're not owed a refund. If you don't like that, you're free to go to a local consumer agency, of course.
So you are fine with it to buy a game if you cant play it anymore after few updates? that doesnt makes sense at all and i dont want you to be part of this.
Also MH Wilds has now 35.5k players in-game (according to Steamdb) so while it may be buggy, it is not broken for everyone.
You don't have a satisfaction guarantee. There comes a point when the issue is simply one a person has to deal with, yeah.
Overall, you're outside refund limitations and Support told you that.
why no refund ? the game doesnt work i didnt bought it to let it crash few updates later.
