It is 3 days (72 hours) for changing your account security information. No more, no less.

First: just in case make sure that your request is still open, you can do that here. If the request (insta)closed on your end then this could be a sign that something is wrong with your account.

Probably won't be an issue, but just in case it's a good idea to check.

Second... keep in mind that making too many refund requests can also work against you. Refund too much and Steam may even revoke the privilege, just saying.

But yah, patience is a virtue; especially during sale periods.

This was my first refund (I bought hollow knight bundle but I didn't need the soundtracks since I'm kinda new to buying and didn't know what they were for) lol and if just got approved, now just waiting for the credit to come in my steam wallet

Profile name changes don't cause it. Changing their account security options (ex... change password) do.

Just hide it in your library. I mean the soundtrack. Was it just the soundtrack that you did not want? If yes, it would be just a waste to refund it.
