So how do I get past the scammers when Steam is the one Scamming?
Steam wont give me any access to my main account and made me generate a second one. The only thing ive done is change over from everything being on C drive to E drive on pc. I have tried every support tool they offer. They REFUSE to send anything to my phone or email in regards to accessing my account with lies saying "we will send you an email/text within 5 minutes". 0 way to contact a human so im just wondering if theres any way that I can go about this without having to pursue legal action. I havent done anything wrong to lose my account and I paid for those games, no reason they should be allowed to steal them.

That 5 minutes can sometimes be an hour if you've made a lot of recent attempts.
If you cannot prove you are the owner of the account, then of course they are not going to give you access.

You have to give them the info they ask for.
If you refuse, then they will act under the assumption that you are not the owner of the account.

And I have had to recover my account once in the past.
All I had to do was give them the proof they asked for and I got my account with no problem.

This begs the question: how did you get that account? If you once registered, and then started using it by purchasing games then you should have no problem to retrieve it, this guide may be a good read:

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1126288560

... if, however, you decided to "buy" an account from somewhere then you got no one else to blame but yourself because that account was never yours to begin with. In this scenario chances are high that the original owner simply reclaimed it and that was the end of that; nothing you can do.
They wont even send the "begin the process for account recovery information" email to me. Like they have no reason to believe its me or not. I literally have the same gamertag across all gaming platforms. Would be happy to provide them with any information but their AMAZING tier auto support system isnt even sending me the basic email to begin the process and it says on their page "Steam support wont email you until you verify the email you provided" I dont have steam emails blocked, provided the email both last night and this morning as well as my phone number that is tied to the same number/login location of my original account. Its literally an issue of their system is broken and not sending out their automated ♥♥♥♥ for them. So yes 100% I am getting scammed.

Its a major sales if this is a generic revoked like waiting for the email to change the password or sms, you'll need patience everything cam jahe delays during a major sale. Sometimes too many attempts can slow down when stuff is sent out too.

Be patient, else if you're working with support, you'll need even more patience.
E-Mail addresses don't magically change within accounts. If it did then it's likely that your account got taken over, if you had checked the guide I linked you'd notice that there's also a solution for that: one where you no longer have access to your e-mail, in this case Steam will ask for proof of ownership.

Make sure to log out of all accounts before you start the recovery process; this is the #1 mistake people often make (which... is also clearly mentioned in said guide).

So I have to wait how long to use things ive purchased for them to finish their stupid ass little sale to potentially scam more people? Based off all your guys responses it sounds like ill have to go the legal action route, cheers.

Last time I had to do anything it was about an hour.
So, about am hour if you've made numerous login attempts recently for an account you're trying to recover.
It sounds like you're running into restrictions on your new account. Why couldn't you just recover your old account with your information on your old account? If you already asked for that stuff for your old account, and you didn't get it before they started to say "you have made too many requests, wait 5 minutes", then your account could be compromised. If your account is compromised, your PC and email and phone (phone more likely overall, but less likely by the person related to this compromise of your Steam account) could also be compromised.

I tried both last night and this morning man. 12 hour window in between they verify my email on the page that "were sending you an email to this account" then nothing. It accepts my phone number to get a text verification. Nothing. Id be a lot more patient if they sent any kind of response to anything. Even a "we received your account recovery request, however we are experiencing high traffic due to scamming sales" would be better than silence.

It says on the account recovery option that you need to provide "THE EMAIL WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU AT"
Actually.. it asks for your e-mail or phone number. And Steam more than often suggests to add one just for situations like these.

Oh well, at least you now know that there weren't kidding when they asked.

As for the YELLING and all... sorry for trying to help you out, won't happen again. Now I don't even believe that you actually had a problem, looks to me that all you're doing is trolling.

This account im on is just to be able to post on forums. Im simply trying to access MY account and they wont even begin to try to start the process and I have everything ready to go. There is no email contact from them to the email address or number tied to the account. I have recovered the same said account in the past due to forgetting my password but this is entirely different.

yes you coming in trying to white knight for steam is me trolling. Im trying to play some pummel party with some old friends. Maybe play some Mortal Kombat 1 again. The account name is the same as my 13 year League account name, battlenet tag, but youre right im just trolling and not the account owner. Regardless of what things they are asking for on that page I have sent them every little thing they have asked for and I get no response from them in return. So go White Knight somewhere else. I didnt want a problem with steam, I just wanted to play my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games that I paid for. Like in the good ole days how it worked. My bad for expecting to be able to use products that I paid money for, what a crazy thought right?

But when you start Steam, don't it have an option to reset password when you start it up? It says "Help I can't login". Just use that. If you used that, and you're not getting emails and TXTs (both or just one?), then maybe your account was compromised a while ago and they just hit you with it now, and have already changed your email or phone number.

From this new account, everything is separate, and will need a manual review by somebody at Steam Support.
When I go to sign into steam it shows this account and my main one. If I try to change the password and type in my email it has me do a click on the images of a bus captcha excessively long. It gives the green checkmark that its "verified" im a human. Then I click the search button and it says Your response to the CAPTCHA appears to be invalid. Please re-verify that you're not a robot below. Then gives a useless refrence ID number

Again gatekept at a dead end by steam.
