On-Screen Keyboard doesn't open in games launched through Steam
Activating a command to bring up the on-screen keyboard while a Steam-launched game is active results in the keyboard never being opened. The keyboard opens up and works just fine on the desktop, however...

This was tested on both a Windows 11 desktop, and SteamOS on the Steam Deck.
