Post this on the suggestions forums, I doubt it will be read there, but it is more likely than other forums. Personally, I think you should be able to display any /all level of badge, since some of them are cool and a few look like they were designed to be displayed together.

I would love this to happen too but it's been requested a few times. I'm guessing it's not high on the priority list of things to do.
