Thank you very much to Steam staff Ryan
Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I was having persistent trouble with an issue for a couple weeks and was not getting anywhere until Ryan took over my issue and had it promptly solved for me, all while maintaining professionalism and going over the situation step by step to show me where it went wrong.
My only regret is that I closed the ticket once he had responded, hoping that I could submit some feedback somewhere and let him know how thankful I was for his assistance. If you end up seeing this Ryan, you're a legend, I'll never forget you for as long as I live... :praisesun:

There are no valve / steam employees or staff, server techs, steam support, or moderators in this steam related sub-forum. They do not have access, and only Global Moderators can access when processing a reported Thread or post.
They also have access to your personal information and literally no filter on hires. Whether staffing with zero background check or utilizing AI, moderation is extremely hit or miss. From disclosing your personal information to cataloging clientele for profit (The most resent reported STEAM "security breach" was last month, this past june,) there's no reason to trust them.

Do not thank these people.
