[STEAM BUG] Emoticons in small resolutions don't have a transparent alpha channel
Big versions of emoticons have a transparent alphachannel

This is likely intentional by the people who uploaded those emoticons to Steam. The smallest size is too small to fit a border, so on a light-colored background they'd be completely illegible.
