STEAM CLIENT NOT LAUNCHED

Hello coummunity , this is the first time i am here in the chat.

My steam client is not launching properly. in task manager i can see the steam is running but in background process. i reinstalled 3times, deleted the temp files too. freshly installed but still the same issue.
i raised a ticket in the steam contact 2hrs ago, need help please.

Did you buy the game on Steam?

i am not an new player in steam, yes i had brought a game recently.

The issue is with the steam client software, which is not launching properly/
