if someones gives me a key game can i refund??

steam does not sell game activation keys. if you want a refund a key, you have to take it up with who ever sold the key.

if key is from outside of steam, no refunds via steam, it would be up to the place and policies where the game was purchased from.

Also, all shops that I know that actually do offer some kind of "refund" only do so while the key has not been "viewed". So, if you actually have the letters and numbers, they won't refund.

You can not make money refunding gifts of this nature, no.

Keys can not be refunded on Steam.

The person who purchased the key could refund their purchase and they will receive the refund.
