Steam refund
So I wanted to refund my game but then the ticket kept on getting closed so I thought my account was hacked then I change password email did all that stuff but now it’s 2 days before 14 days and I have heard nothing from steam it just says the ticket is open and I did the ticket yesterday my friend said it doesn’t take that long for them to approve so can some one help me pls

Your refund request is locked to the date you submit it.
Response times vary. If the ticket is open then your account is secure and just await a response. The time the refund was submitted is taken into account and not whether the response was made after 14, so as long as you don't cancel and resubmit, you are still within the policy.

Well think about how problematic it would be if Valve didn't get to your ticket, and then they were like "it's too late, next time do a better job estimating how much lead time you'll need to accommodate the ticket backlog.
If the ticket is being closed without a response, that's happening from your end, so you did the right thing by changing your password.

Just changing the password will not secure an account. There is a list of steps you have to do to secure your account after it has been hijacked.
