ive been downloading a new ark updated for 5 days, stays at 25 mbps. ive cleared the download cache, repaired my library, un and reinstalled steam countless times. restarted my pc countless times and nothing changes it. i even uninstalled the game and it still stops at 90%. i have over 2tb of extra storage. my internet speed is at 500mbps and im about to go insane, someone please help!!
