How do I subit a help request?

I've tried following the instructions but, when I don't find an automated solution, there is no option to send a help request.

For the record:

In the middle of a multiplayer (Panzer Corps 2) and I can't get in to do my turn via Steam as it says "account inactive" and "user is banned" which, as far as I'm aware, I'm not.

Tried logging out and logging back in.

Any ideas? Temporary bug?

Steam Support does not deal with game specific issues. Post in the forums of said game for help.

Is it game specific though?

It says "account inactive" and "user is banned".

That would be on the game's end, not Steam's. If you were trying to play on the game official servers you'd need to contact the game developers. If you were trying to play on a community server, you'd need to contact whoever moderates/hosts that server.

No, I'm trying to use the Steam server. There's an option for the Slitherine one but I started the game on the Steam one so I assume I have to continue on it.

That's why I'm trying to submit a help request to Steam but having no luck in how to do it.

Steam support ONLY handles Steam Account Issues. Nothing to do with any game related problems outside sale / returns
