Bring up the store listing/delistings, enter the date range for the games that got removed, read the titles.

Hint: it's all the shovelware ones with sexual titles.

There are other sites too, they use similar information pulled from steam. Use what you like best.

Actually, you might need to be logged in to do the search, but you can still view pages it generated, some of which have been posted on these forums. Just gotta search.
