Report a translation problem
Make sure you secure it effectively with ALL the steps provided:-
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
As for the contacting police, it's online, there's no point in doing that because it's not like you have their IP address, so it won't do anything having done so, while it is an offense, there will be nothing they can do about it
Even if they could delete all your games, due to the current situation, Steam can still restore those games having known your account was compromised
If they blocked all your friends, then removing them was pointless, as blocking people adds them to a list where you can just find them again anyways & re-add them instantly, so that was a redundant thing for them to do
Personally, it's best to use the web browser before clicking links, especially from someone such as a hacker, that way, at least when I use google chrome, I can see the hyperlink at the bottom, to see what it goes to, if it's too sketchy like has weird url paths or tracking, I tend to avoid it, it's generally not safe to click such things
As an extra measure to links, try right clicking & select copy link or copy path, this will allow you to copy it in a notepad on your system so you can see it directly, if you're afraid of clicking it directly
