The only ones that can unlink accounts is ubisoft.
The linking is done on Ubisoft's end.
You must recover the other account.
I doubt it. They do have one of those shiny 'Support' buttons on their website, but I have never heard or seen anyone return from the depths of their support system with a success story..
OP, i think it's time to re-buy those games with a brand new account.

All linking and unlinking is done on Ubisoft's end as they are the ones who require it to play their games on other PC platforms and also consoles.
Secondly the Assassins Creed Valhalla EULA is applicable to all PC Clients where the game is available. It is Ubisoft's product.
