Refund request
Is there even someone reading our messages when we ask for a refund request? It seems like Steam doesn’t care for your purchases issues as long as you spent more than two hours with the product you bought.

The initial refund request is reviewed and done by the automated system.

So, if you're outside the 2hr/14 day refund period, the system will automatically reject you. For a further review, you'll need to submit a manual ticket.

How do you submit a manual ticket? It’s been three times that I submit a refund ticket and yes I feel like I’m automatically rejected but I don’t see where I can submit a manual ticket or where I can speak to someone form the support directly.

go to recent purchases, look for the title of the game you want to be refunded, go to "I have a question about this purchase" fill in what you want to say.

I am not quite sure Truth, I have over 10 hours of play for the game, but my refund request is related to a DLC product, that I bought 2 days ago, so I probably have between 3 and 5 hours of gameplay while having this DLC product.

DLC purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, so long as the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Please note that in some cases, Steam will be unable to give refunds for some third party DLC (for example, if the DLC irreversibly levels up a game character). These exceptions will be clearly marked as nonrefundable on the Store page prior to purchase.
