Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Thats easy.

They simply almost never do.

99.999999% of contact is made through that "Community Messages" link below the "Post History" link.

They have access to your account. 2nd point makes sure, that they didn't change your email address or phone number.

They don't. All official Steam communications are made through the Steam Client.

Even if they are saying that people reported me or accusing me of being a scammer?

There are no admins on Steam. Read here https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/3195-9FFB-BA06-F25B

Stop talking to the scammer!

This guy is not a real Steam employee. Block that guy and secure your account!
This helps a lot but, he blocked all my friends and deleted my pfp. How can a scammer do this?

Because they have control of your account meaning you MUST complete ALL the steps provided in the first response and stop giving away your credentials.

This scammer has access to your account.

Have you already secured your account (see post #1)?

Because you gave them your login details e.g. by logging into a skin trading site. This means they could login to your account and do what they did.
I dont understand the last step, the "api"

There should be no key. Just remove it if there is one.

Do not create a new key.
