My lil bro account got stolen

Yesterday, my younger brother was contacted on Discord by someone pretending to be a Steam Support staff member. Since he does not speak English well, he relied on Google Translate throughout the conversation. Unfortunately, the scammer tricked him into giving away both his email and Steam account password.

I am fully aware that real Steam Support will never contact users through social platforms like Discord. I want to kindly request your assistance in recovering his account.

We already submitted reports through the proper channels, and I have collected solid evidence proving that this account truly belongs to my brother (including screenshots of the conversation with the scammer). I am ready to provide all necessary proof to verify ownership.

Ps. I don't even know how the scammer got to his discord. So be careful guys.

Ps2. How long would it take for steam support to take action on this one?
