Help with account recovery please
Im trying to help my wife log into her steam account after almost a year of not using it. In that time, she's sold her laptop to get a new pc and broken her phone. When trying to sign into steam on her new phone, it asks for an authenticator code that is being sent to a device we no longer have. We follow the steam support page, but we're just going in circles with no resolution. Are we sol here?

If your wife still has access to her email, she can try to send the account verification code to her email (see step #3 of the guide that was linked above).
