[Suggestion] Community Beta: Youtube videos & Forum permission

Hello, just some suggestions for the ones developing the new community:

1) Youtube player abit small on the forum, I think you should increase the size of the player

2) Any moderator can edit an officer/owner post, I suggest adding more permissions specifically for the forum management.

I think you should be able to add unlisted Youtube videos to your profile. In case you want your friends, or other steam people to see some cool videos you recorded in game, but you really don't see the point of making it public on Youtube, since nobody there might care. ;)
